Autograph album including an early 1960's set of Beatles autographs

A vintage autograph album with various music autographs from the early 1960's including a full set of the Beatles. The Beatles autographs are signed on a pink piece of paper which has been trimmed and laid down onto an album page. They most likely originate from late 1962. The Beatles signatures are accompanied by a letter of authenticity from Nigel Lemon of Beatlesmarketplace.com. The pink paper they are signed on measures approximately 4" x 4". It's in G-VG condition with one fold line going each way. Small tears to the edges of the fold lines and a tiny tear where they intersect. Paul McCartney, Ringo Starr and John Lennon signed in blue ink. George Harrison in red ink. There are many other signatures in the album, including The Hollies (Eric Haydock, Allan Clarke, Graham Nash, Tony Hicks, Bobby Elliott) signed over two pages, The Warriors, Phil Ryan & the Crescents, Freddie Garrity from Freddie & The Dreamers, The Night Riders, The Brystals, Dave Berry, Mary May and more. The general condition of the album pages is excellent, although the binding is starting to come loose from the spine.
