A cut of paper - most likely clipped from a letter - featuring the autograph of celebrated writer and novelist Charles Dickens. The off-white cut measures approximately 2 x 6 inches and has the additional notation "Devonshire Terrace, Seventh April 1843", also in Dickens hand. In very good condition with irregularly trimmed edges, vertical and horizontal folds. Scattered paper remnants to the reverse from previous mounting.
