An original royalties contract, circa March 1973, between McCartney Productions Ltd. and Eon Productions Ltd. The agreement stipulates what Paul & Lind should be paid in royalties as writers & recording artists of the "Live and Let Die" theme song. Boldly signed by Paul and Linda McCartney on the last page, as well as a representative of Eon Productions. Four pages in total, including two pages devoted to royalty rates. One page possibly missing from the agreement. Each page measuring 14 x 8.5 inches. VG-EX condition with minor handling creases and a couple of staple holes. An important piece of Paul McCartney and James Bond memorabilia.
"Live and Let Die" is the main theme song of the 1973 James Bond film Live and Let Die, written by Paul & Linda McCartney and performed by Wings. It was the most successful Bond theme to that point, charting at No. 2 on the US Billboard Hot 100 and No. 9 on the UK Singles Chart. Commissioned specifically for the movie, it reunited the former Beatle with the band's producer, George Martin, who produced the song and arranged the orchestra. It has since been covered by several bands, with both the McCartney and Guns N' Roses versions being nominated for Grammy Awards.
