A highly desirable 1963 Parlophone mono pressing of the Beatles debut album, Please Please Me. Signed on the reverse in blue ballpoint by John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison, and Ringo Starr. The Fab Four had come to national attention in January of '63 with the release of the 'Please Please Me' single, and they expedited the completion and recording of the namesake album in order to capitalise on this success.
In good condition with scattered soiling and creasing. Usual edge and corner wear for a vintage album cover. A previous owners name "J.Davidson" is written in small font to the lower right corner of the back cover. Excellent, bold autographs that have been protected from natural light. The record is included but has not been tested. An attractive, undedicated example of the Beatles' very first album.
