R.M.S. Titanic four postcards - one discussing the disaster (sent two days after the sinking)
Three circa 1912 postcards of the Titanic and one other (featuring an unrelated scene) sent on the 16th April that year, just two days after the Titanic went down. The sender tells the recipient that they value their blessings even more "when we hear of the suffering and anxiety of the relatives of the missing in this terrible disaster. We think our troubles big, until we compare them with the burden others have to bare and then we find out how small they are." All four have been postally used, and present in very good condition. An excellent ensemble related to the Titanic and it's tragic sinking.
