A large format tour program from 1989, signed and inscribed "To Steve / Best Wishes / Bob Dylan" to the inside of the back cover, which features a portrait of a young Dylan. The program consists of 34 pages of colour and black & white images of Dylan from all stages of his career to that point, and includes quotes from interviews he's given. 11" x 14". Very good condition, with a faint stain across the top corners of the cover.
