A collection of magic autographs including Harry Houdini. The lot consists of a partial album page that's been signed, "With every good wish - magically, Joe Berg - Chicago, Ill. Nov. 26, 1949". Berg was a professional magician and magic dealer who immigrated to the United States from the former Russian Empire in 1914. He self published books on magic and supplied magic effects and props to leading entertainers such as Harry Houdini, Harry Blackstone Sr. and Howard Thurston. Also on the same page is a signature and inscription from George Johnstone of The Johnstones, which reads "To Jimmy Findlay, we all know it's a fraud, eh! The Johnstones (Geo & Betty)". He added a small drawing of a rabbit appearing out of a magician's hat. The reverse side has a Houdini autograph attached. A nice example signed in black ink, which appears to be cut from a letter. The album page measures approximately 6.5 x 5 inches.

The autographs came directly from the collection of English magician and TV presenter, Paul Daniels.
