A typed Certificate of Amendment to the Certificate of Incorporation for Marilyn Monroe Productions, Inc. The document has been signed by Monroe on page seven and dated 22nd October 1959. The original Certificate of Incorporation was filed for Monroe's company on the 20th December 1954. This document is a summary of legal amendments to that original contract and deals with the issuing of stock and the allocation of dividends. Nine pages in total. Very good condition with mild toning, secretarial notations and handling wear (most notable to the covers). There is a one inch split at the top of the covers spine. The certificate has also been signed by Robert H. Montgomery, the Secretary of Marilyn Monroe Productions, Inc., and Judith L. Kaplan, acting as Notary Public for the State of New York. The Certificate was filed with the State of New York on October 26th 1959. Authenticated by PSA/DNA - certification number AD09051.
