A rare US advertising banner for Walt Disney's Pinocchio Circus, which was distributed by various bread bakeries during 1939. Disney's animated version of Pinocchio was released in cinemas in February 1940 and would go onto to become one of the most iconic animated movies in history. This is undoubtedly one of the earliest Disney Pinocchio pieces, pre-dating the first release of the movie. The banner is printed on linen and remains in VG condition. There are multiple creases, including several vertical lines, that may have resulted from previous storage. Soiling in places, mainly confined to the border areas and most notable in the upper left corner. There are also a couple of tape marks running in from the left edge - these were likely from when the banner was originally displayed. A very rare early Disney collectable.
