Offered here is a 1944 Spalding Sports Show children's magazine featuring Babe Ruth on the cover, signed to the lower right in blue fountain pen by the great one himself. Produced as a promotional item for the Spalding Sports Radio program and measuring 7" x 10-1/2", the 16 page booklet leads off with an introduction by the Babe and is illustrated with informative sports cartoons. Ruth's signature has faded slightly but is still a very nice, fully legible example. The booklet is about VG with a light center fold, handling and corner creases. A few tiny nicks to the edges. Also some surface paper loss to a couple of spots on the back cover.
